At the weekend I was lamenting that I'd been doing induction for a week and hadn't lost any weight. I get on the scales this morning, and I seem to have lost half a stone. Overnight. *puzzled frown*

I checked the scales, the BF checked the scales: they do seem to be functioning just fine.

And yet half a stone... overnight. *more puzzled

One of the most annoying things about losing weight is that while, in the long term, it will go fairly evenly from all over, in the short term it sort of disappears from one place at a time in fits and spurts with no apparent rhyme or reason.
